Service Description

Designed for every shape, size and fitness ability. We offer 4 circuits, each with four stations targeting Lower body, core, Upper Body, and aerobic movements. Each participant moves station to station after 1 minute intervals. Check the calendar for this class.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a class, please give at least 12 hours notice so we may contact someone on our waitlist and avoid your card being punched. Thank you, LiveWell Staff
