All about that core! In this hour long class we will work our core, back, gluten, arms and legs and even get in a bit of cardio. This is an important class to incorporate into your fitness routine! Oh, did I mention it has great music? Please watch the calendar as this class alternates with PiYo on Tuesday evening.
