Love to switch things up? Love several genres of music? In this class we work in 10 minute intervals alternating between 1 minute of cardio and 1 minute of weights. Some playlists include Pitbull, Country, 70's, 80's, hard rock and so much more. Please check the calendar as this class alternates on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
