Thai Yoga massage contributes to gentle lengthening of muscles and joint movement to create greater flexibility deep relaxation. This style of massage involves rhythmic compressions and assisted yoga poses utilizing acupressure point as well. Clients are fully clothed and lie on a futon-like mat on the floor. Thai massage is particularly beneficial for tight areas of the body including hamstrings, calves, hips and shoulders. It is for all ages and body types; you do not need to be flexible!
